We publish the prices the industry keeps in PDFs

Planning an event abroad means asking fifteen vendors "what does it cost?" and receiving fifteen brochures, three quotes and no way to compare any of them. We think the venue — the biggest single decision of any event — deserves the same price transparency as a hotel room or a flight.

Convivela is built by the team behind Occavia, a digital events product used by wedding professionals across Europe. Working with destination venues directly — collecting their rate cards, package tiers and seasonal pricing for real weddings — showed us how much of this information exists on paper and how little of it reaches the couples making a five-figure decision.

How verification works

Our price guides are built from venues' own printed rate cards and catalogues, reproduced exactly — time windows, guest limits, season tiers and VAT treatment included. Where we have verified a venue directly, the guide says so; where we are still working from published sources (as our Lake Como guide currently does), the guide says that too, and shows the spread instead of pretending precision. When venues issue new rates, the pages update and the change date is shown.

What's coming

The guides come first. In 2027 we open the next step: browsing venues with real prices and booking them — with a deposit, refund protection and verified reviews — in one place. The waitlist below gets first access.
