The short answer

Santorini wedding venues charge between €400 for a short ceremony slot and roughly €5,900 for a full wedding venue package, based on verified 2026–2027 rate cards from 13 venues. Most couples spend €2,400–€5,500 on the venue alone — catering and drinks are priced separately.

How we know: the prices below are taken directly from each venue's own 2026–2027 rate cards and catalogues, reproduced exactly as printed — including hours, guest limits, seasonal tiers and VAT treatment. We update this page when venues issue new rates. Final quotes always come from the venue; this page exists so you start the conversation knowing the real numbers.

How to read Santorini venue pricing

Three patterns explain almost every rate card on this island. Time windows: most venues sell fixed blocks (a 4-hour daytime slot is cheaper than an 8-hour evening), and extensions are priced per hour. Season tiers: May–June and October are routinely cheaper than July–September at venues that price by month — moving your date one month can save four figures. What's excluded: the venue fee usually covers the space and basic setup only; catering (typically €80–€250 per guest on this island), drinks packages, music curfew extensions and vendor fees come on top. The venue fee is normally 20–40% of a Santorini wedding's total budget — see our full Santorini wedding cost breakdown for the whole picture.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a wedding venue cost in Santorini?

Verified 2026–2027 rate cards across 13 Santorini venues show ceremony slots from €480 and full wedding packages roughly between €1,300 and €5,900 for the venue itself. Caldera-view venues in high season sit at the top of that range. Catering, drinks and services are charged separately at most venues.

What is the cheapest way to get married in Santorini?

A short signing-ceremony slot at a restaurant or small villa venue — these start around €400–€800 for one hour with a small guest count. You keep the Santorini backdrop while skipping the full-evening venue rental.

Do Santorini venue prices include VAT?

It varies by venue — some print prices with VAT included, others add 13% or 24% on top. Every rate card on this page states VAT exactly the way the venue prints it, so compare the final number, not the sticker.

Do Santorini venues charge per hour or per event?

Both models exist. Wineries and restaurants usually sell fixed time windows (for example 6–9 hours), villas often sell the evening with paid hourly extensions, and several venues price by month — May–June is often cheaper than July–September.

How far in advance should you book a Santorini wedding venue?

For high season (May–October), 9–14 months ahead is realistic for first-choice venues; sunset time slots go first. Off-season dates can often be booked 3–6 months out.
